After working in DTP at print and design companies in Tokyo, I moved to Germany. The 18 years I spent there, raising children while finding my way in a new country, gave me a daily, lived understanding of how Japanese and European perspectives meet.
In 2020, once life with children had settled a little, I started studying web design with a renewed wish to contribute through my own design work. I began gradually as a side business, and after returning to Japan in the summer of 2025, I registered the business and officially began working as hashiR design.
My design roots are in print. Years of creating layouts that communicate clearly now inform the way I design web experiences that guide people naturally. Today, my work has expanded from that design foundation into AI tools, SNS marketing, and export projects that bring thoughtful Japanese products to Germany through the network I built during my 18 years there.

WEB

From flyers, business cards, and logos to banners and digital assets, I support both print and screen. My DTP background means every detail is prepared carefully, all the way through to print-ready data.
AI
I help introduce current AI tools into everyday work so production becomes faster and stronger. I also suggest practical ways clients can use AI in their own businesses.
SNS
I support visibility and customer acquisition through Instagram, X, and other social platforms, creating consistent brand communication that connects naturally with your website.
EXPORT
Using the network I built over 18 years in Germany, I also help bring carefully made Japanese products and brands to Germany and Europe. I can support German and English promotional materials, local presentation, web and SNS planning, market research, and consultations about doing business in Germany.
SUPPORT
A website should keep growing after launch. I help maintain and improve it over time, with careful Zoom consultations and a response time that is usually within 24 hours.
Living in Germany for 18 years and raising children there gave me a grounded understanding of European culture, consumer expectations, and business habits. Communicating across language barriers shaped the way I design today. It taught me to keep asking what will truly make sense to the person on the other side.
Since returning to Japan, I have also been developing projects that introduce the quality of Japanese craftsmanship to Germany and Europe. Through both design and business, I hope to serve as a bridge between the two countries.
